Important: Please note that we do not ship to the Channel Island or the Isle of Man.
How will my items be delivered?
We use the world leading distribution company DHL and all your shipments are insured against damage and theft. We ship all items directly to you from our warehouse in Germany.

Can I change my delivery address?
Regrettably it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is in the system. If a change is necessary, please contact our customer service team to cancel the order. You can then place a new order with the correct address. Please note that depending on the progress of the order processing a cancellation is not always possible.
Can I track the progress of my order?
Of course you'd like to know where your purchased fashion favourites are while they're en route to you. For this purpose, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number once we have shipped your order. Just click on the link to see where your items are.
It’s been longer than the estimated delivery time and my items still haven’t arrived, what can I do?Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with your shipment number and a direct link to DHL which you can use to see the the status of your order. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact navabi's customer service department.
