The orders are processed by the warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding German national holidays).
Important: Please note that we do not ship to the Channel Island or the Isle of Man.
What does shipping cost and how long will my item/s take to arrive?
Premium Shipping: Prioritised standard shipping the same day if order is placed before noon, otherwise the next working day.
Prioritised Express: Shipping the same day if order is placed before noon, otherwise the next working day.

Can I change my delivery address?
Regrettably it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is in the system. If a change is necessary, please contact our customer service team to cancel the order. You can then place a new order with the correct address. Please note that depending on the progress of the order processing a cancellation is not always possible.
Can I track the progress of my order?
Of course you'd like to know where your purchased fashion favourites are while they're en route to you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number via email. Just click on the link to see where your items are.
