How the Loyalty Programme Works
Every time you buy and keep an item, we convert the amount you have spent into points. At the end of every 3 months, we count this up and provide you with a voucher to say “thanks so much” for being a navabi customer and to offer you a little gift to help you find something new that you’ll love.
For each item you buy and keep, we add up the points (excluding shipping and handling). For example, when you buy and keep a £120 dress, we count 120 ‘Loyalty Points’ to your total spend.
At the end of each 3 months we add your points up and email you:
- A £10 voucher if you reached 150 loyalty points
- A £20 voucher if you reached 220 loyalty points
- A £30 voucher if you reached 450 loyalty points
- A £40 voucher if you reached 900 loyalty points
- A £50 voucher if you reached 1350 loyalty points or above

*The voucher is valid for the period stated each time, which will be communicated when issued. It cannot be used in conjunction with other voucher codes. This programme applies only to standard customer accounts, and orders previously placed via a guest checkout will not apply. Loyalty points are calculated only within individual customer accounts and cannot be transferred to other customer accounts. The voucher is redeemable only once per customer and only applies to one order. No use of the voucher is valid on previous orders. Each voucher applicability for future orders is based on reaching a minimum order value in the basket that is 100% above the voucher value. In case of a partial or full order return, the voucher expires and is no longer valid for reissue. Residual amounts will not be paid or refunded as a voucher.
